Housing

The University of Dayton was named one of the most significant campus sites in the country. More than 90 percent of undergraduates live on campus or nearby. While freshmen are required to live in residence halls - sophomores, juniors and seniors can elect to remain in a residence hall or live in other university housing. Upperclass university housing includes a residential suite complex, apartments and houses located within a short walk of campus.
