Study the same ELS English for Academic Purposes program in Panama City that you would receive in any other ELS location up to Level 109, then complete Levels 110 – 112 in Canada or the United States. Once you receive your Level 112 Certificate of Completion, you will be eligible to study at 650+ college and university pathway partners throughout the world.
