In “Discover: ELS/Cincinnati” students and staff discuss ELS/Cincinnati’s safe and cheerful environment on the campus of the University of Cincinnati.

ELS/Cincinnati is located just a few minutes away from downtown Cincinnati, a vibrant and culturally diverse city in the Midwestern United States. While at the Center, students can visit local attractions like the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Cincinnati Art Museum, and an expansive park system.

When studying at ELS/Cincinnati, ELS teachers and staff “try and prepare students for American university classrooms, so not only are they getting the grammar and the vocabulary, but they’re also getting the culture and the environment on the campus.”

Founded in 1819, the University of Cincinnati has approximately 44,000 students, 3,400 of which are international students. The university is a world leader in learning through internships, co-operative education opportunities, and research.
