Location

Albion College is located in Albion, a small city of 10,000 people in the south central region of the state of Michigan. Close large cities include Ann Arbor, Lansing (the state capitol) and Battle Creek. The College campus includes more than 30 major buildings, a 58-hectare nature preserve with trails and canoeing on Kalamazoo River and an Equestrian Center on nearly 140 hectacres housing 60 horses. The college has contemporary facilities, excellent techology infrastructure, and an expansive library complex and football fields. It is a safe and protective community.

Housing


"All students are required to live on campus and enroll in a meal plan for their etire time at Albion. Numerous programs and activities are sponsored in residence halls to meet students' educational and social needs, and staff are committed to assisting students with questions and concerns throughout their college years. Residence and Dining staff are helpful and willing to assist students to address any concerns related to their living arrangements or diet.

For upper class students wishing to live in non-traditional student housing, Albion offers apartment-style housing on campus; students are responsible for any higher cost associated with these options. Members of fraternities have the option of living in their fraternity houses. All residence halls feature wireless technology."

As a residential college, Albion helps all students develop the intellectual, personal, social, spiritual and leaderships skills to succeed after graduation. Campus activities are designed to help define and achieve success. There are more than 100 clubs and organizations on campus for personal development and fun.
