The college welcomes a limited number of international students who would benefit from the educational experience at Cowley County Community College (CCCC). Most of the student body is from south-central Kansas. CCCC, a public two-year institution, is located in downtown Arkansas City. Arkansas City is a city situated at the convergence of the Arkansas and Walnut rivers in the southwestern part of Cowley County, located in south-central Kansas, in the central United States. The population was 12,000 at the 2000 census. It is the second most populous city of Cowley County.


There are four residence halls - two for women only and two for men only. In-room Internet access, central heating and air conditioning, in-room phone and cable tv service, convenient free parking and mail service. The halls are close to all campus services.
