GIA does not have dormitories, but you'll find housing opportunities in a wide range of sizes, amenities, and rental prices near the campus. It is wise to start your research about 45 days before your arrival. GIA Student Services staff can help you determine the option that best suits your needs. Current monthly housing costs in the Carlsbad area range from about $600 for modest home-stay arrangements to $1,700+ for luxury apartments. Short-term stay hotel rates start at about $100 per night depending on the season, location, and rating. Prices do not include taxes and other fees.
