Susquehanna University, founded in 1858, enrolls about 2,300 students. It is located on 325 scenic acres in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The campus is just a short 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest and within 3 hours drive of major US east coast cities like New York, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. The university is a member of the Lutheran Education Conference of North America and one of 41 Lutheran Colleges and Universities in the United States and Canada. There are more than 60 majors and minors to choose from that lead to the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music degrees. All students have an international experience. Accreditations include AACSB International (business), NASM National Association of Schools of Music, Pennsylvania Department of Education, and Middle States Commission on Higher Education. In addition, we are a member of the Annapolis Group, an organization of the leading national independent liberal arts colleges. Our campus is located in Central Pennsylvania in the town of Selinsgrove and very near to the famous Susquehanna River. Susquehanna is a residential campus with housing guaranteed for all four years. All non-commuter students live on campus.

Our housing is not just roomy, comfortable and updated. Some say it's just down right impressive. Whether you live in a traditional dorm, suite, townhouse or on-campus apartment, you'll find it easy to make yourself at home. All feature lounges, kitchenettes and study areas in addition to student rooms. They're equipped with Wi-Fi and cable, and are within a 10-minute walk of our academic buildings.

Student life

The campus is bustling. There's something happening every night. Not to mention countless programs, performances, lectures, concerts and bus trips all semester long. International Student Services provides help and support for all International Students. Varsity sports in NCAA Division III are also available.
