The Hotel School Sydney began operating in 1989 as an integral part of InterContinental Sydney. The Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management offered at The Hotel School Sydney is a full-time, three year degree. The course is designed so that students still have enough time outside of the classroom so that they can study, socialize and work. Classes operate from Monday to Thursday, and students are in the classroom on average for about three hours per day. With only four hundred students on average, staff at The Hotel School Sydney pride themselves on creating a study environment which promotes interaction amongst classmates and the teaching staff.
