Location

The University of Windsor is a safe, urban campus covering 51 hectares (125 acres) in Windsor, Ontario. It looks out on one of Canada’s most beautiful waterfronts on the Detroit River. There are 12,780 undergraduates and 2,794 graduate students. 17 percent of them are international students from nearly 100 countries. In 2013, the University of Windsor celebrated its 50th anniversary. As a top Canadian university, UWindsor is known for more than 250 leading, prestigious programs. Each one of them are fully accredited by the Ontario Universities Council on Quality Assurance. This third party council assures that all programs are of the utmost highest quality, recognized across the world, and will help open doors in your career. Most programs involve some type of experiential learning including co-op, internship, field placements or volunteer opportunities.   • Enrol in an internationally-focused or internationally-delivered academic program

  • Go abroad to study in another country through Student Exchange, International Co-op or Study Abroad
  • Head over to The Forge, our new fitness centre for a quick workout or Pilates class or maybe join a campus recreation team
  • Grab lunch with friends at the Marketplace (Baja shrimp tacos or the curry lamb stew?)
  • Take your laptop outside and log on to Blackboard over our high-speed wireless campus network
  • Then it’s off to your two-hour DJ gig at CJAM Radio
