Our beautiful 700 acre campus is located in Kenosha, WI, between Milwaukee and Chicago - two of our regions most exciting cities! Our unique location makes Parkside the higher education destination for students seeking a challenging and enriching experience in the Milwaukee/Chicago corridor. This location offers student access to a variety of internship, volunteer, and recreational opportunities. UW-Parkside is also located just west of the Kenosha downtown and Lake Michigan.
UW- Parkside has three different styles of on- campus housing available for students. Pike River Suites, our newest hall, is a 250 bed suite-style hall. Each suite accommodates 4-5 students in one or two person rooms with a shared bathroom. Ranger Hall is a traditional 400 bed residence hall. Each room is designed for two residents. Newly renovated University Apartments is an apartment style residence hall which houses 400 students. Each apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a kitchen and living room.
At Parkside, students have the opportunity to become involved as they choose. They will make lifelong friends while taking part in any of the more than 70 clubs and organizations, including academic clubs, service organizations, special interest groups, athletics and much more! Parkside students love to volunteer their time to make a positive impact in their community. Students also have the opportunity to take advantage of undergraduate research, study abroad, and internships and on-campus employment. On-campus housing is available for students.
