Apply to University Guide Online in Six Steps
Start by connecting with our University Admissions Service team. We’ll help you:
- Choose the right program and school
- Understand entry requirements
- Plan your study pathway based on your goals, budget, and timeline
Option A: Conditional Admission (Most Popular)
If you don’t yet meet the English language requirement, you can receive conditional admission to many of our partner institutions.
This means:
- You study English at one of our schools (ELS Language Centers or ILSC Language Schools)
- Once you successfully complete your program, you progress to your chosen college or university
We’ll assess your current English level and recommend how many weeks of study you’ll need.
Option B: Direct Admission
If you already meet the academic and English requirements, you may be eligible to apply directly to your chosen institution.
Our team will support you with:
- Application preparation and submission
- Document review
- Communication with the institution
A service fee may apply for direct admission support.
Direct admission support is not currently available for Australia.
Once you’ve chosen your pathway, we’ll guide you through the application process.
This may include:
- Applying to your chosen college or university
- Applying to your English program (if required)
Our team works with you every step of the way to ensure everything is complete and submitted correctly.
If your application is successful, you’ll receive:
- A letter of acceptance (or conditional offer) from your institution
- Confirmation of your English program (if applicable)
Once you receive your offer, you’ll need to apply for a study permit or visa (depending on your destination country).
While we do not provide immigration advice, we will:
- Provide the official documents you need from our schools
- Coordinate required documents from your college or university
- Guide you on where to find official government information
After your visa is approved, you’ll begin your studies:
- Start with your English program (if applicable)
- Progress to your college, TAFE, or university program
