Campus Life

Ontario Tech University’s campuses blend modern architecture with advanced facilities that support learning and well-being. On the North Oshawa campus, students enjoy state-of-the-art labs, library spaces, recreation and wellness centers, ice rinks, research centers, and collaborative study areas. The downtown Oshawa campus hosts the Frazer Faculty of Education, and the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, the Regent Theatre, and the Baagwating Indigenous Student Centre.

Student Life

There is a lot going on in student life at Ontario Tech, and it is a fun one. The Ontario Tech Student Union and many clubs and societies provide chances to socialize, lead, participate in cultural events, and get involved in the community. You may do well in and out of the classroom with the help of services including academic advising, career readiness support, health and wellness programs, and resources for international students. Ontario Tech University provides on-campus residences like Simcoe Village and South Village offer fully furnished suites, common study spaces, lounges, and social programming, with front desk support and controlled access for safety. First-year students are guaranteed a place in residence if they meet deadlines.
